Many cigarettes were found on the stairs of the Laguna Inn. High concentration of straws and stirrers along with the cigarette butts at the hotel stairs.

No cigarettes found in the tot lot, but many were found less than 20 feet away surrounding a tree.

Many cigarettes found around all picnic benches.

City workers had cleaned the beach earlier the morning of the beach clean up. Surfrider had a beach clean up on Main Beach less than a month prior our clean up. Nevertheless, we still picked up approximately 3000 butts and this shows that cigarette littering is a major problem and concern.
